Unaltered products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with no restocking fee. All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA); please call your OTS representative to start the RMA process. Any returns made more than 30 days after the invoice date are accepted and are subject to a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping, except when a product is defective or OTS made an error; in those cases, OTS pays the return shipping.

When you call your OTS representative to start your RMA process, please let them know how you would like your refund. You will be given the option to keep the funds as a store credit and use it the next time you shop with us or refund it back to your card or bank account that we have on file for you.
